Worst customer service ever and they should enforce a dress code some girls dont dress appropriately
Very bad experiences 2 cashiers huge lines and one is in training. Been in line for more then 20 minutes.
I'm a regular customer at Starbucks I couldn't help it but to write it on your pg. 9/19/16 your manager went for a cup of coffee like about 2pm decided to take advantage from them and encouraged another customer to take a drink that wasn't her's. I know it's just coffee but it's the principle of it. Imagen if she is just taking coffee what else can be going on behind close doors in Victoria's secret. The good thing about all this is you though because there was only one employee working at the time it was OK but luck them I caught you on cam. Showed it to the manager of Starbucks gave your discretion. It sad that ppl like you can be trusted with such a big company like Victoria's secret I can only think of the things you do at your store.your action was ugly and very poor as a manager as a customer and as a human. We are here to protect each other not rip each other apart ,Remember this when you think no one is watching think again, karma will get back at you.

What an awful service! Had a horrible experience today, specially store manager was very rude, nobody help me at the floor, I was getting my stuff by myself, I am a very concurrent costumer, I even have the VIP VS card, employee and manager, didn't want to give me any of the promotions I had on the cupons they gave me! There was even a very long line to pay, cashiers and store manager had very bad attitudes and seemed annoyed I don't think it is fair, for a customer to go through something like this, just because store manager didn't want to give me the promotion, and rather prefer to argue with me, and didn't help me at all.
