Everytime I️ come here the staff is rude. They never honor any of the signs that they have posted. I️ used to shop there for every occasion but not anymore. I’d rather go anywhere else as long as I’m treated with respect.

Horrible customer service! Some of the worst I have ever experienced. Never shopping here again.
The clothes are great overall, but when I was checking out, the cashiers took really long to hand me my stuff. On top of that, I had to go back because I noticed that one of the shirts I bought had the sensor on. (I noticed this because I walked into Papaya and the alarm went off on me as I walked in). I left the mall after going back to Rue 21 and getting the sensor removed. The next day when I try to wear another one of the shirts I bought from Rue, it turns out that all the clothes I bought had the sensors on! I couldn't go back because I have college, and two jobs. I sent my boyfriend to get the sensors removed from the rest of the clothes, and my boyfriend sends me a picture where one of the shirts is stained and I didn't notice. He attempts to switch the shirt for another but there are no more left of my size. He tries to switch it for a similar shirt and turns out they're slightly more expensive than the one I had bought. I couldn't even receive a discount after everything the cashiers messed up on?! What kind of service is that?!
