I'm locked in and got to wait till they open back up when I woke up gate was open look again and gate was lock what the hell
Worst place your broker can send you to get loaded... This place need's to be more professional and accurate with appointments. Avoid this place and beware cause if u fall asleep they will lock you in there yard till they open at 8 am. That's even if they get here when there supposed to.
UPDATE 2 we we got out of he at 1730 this place suck but cracks
Rude takes forever to get loaded. They just don't care about the drivers. And they still expect you to deliver on time. Ok just an update I have now been here at this location for 10 hours and I still do not have a door. If I could I would give them a negative 20 for very poor service and treatment of drivers.
Just like rolling Dice here .Sometimes you win sometimes loose.I pick-up down here often I have checked in and loaded in 2 hrs. And I Have sit Here 9 hrs. Mon & Tue seems to be the worst.
So I got here at 0415 for a 0500 appointment found out that the place is open fron 0800-1730, So at 0800 I go check in and at 0915 I get called to a door and they start to unload me right away.........
If you are loading from here you out in about 2-3 hours but if you are delivering you will wait a long long time
UPDATE still sitting in door and still no B.O.L.
I give it 3 stars because there are bathrooms here the place opens at 0800
Ok I read all the reviews and I will rate on my experience.
They were done unloading the trailer at 1000 and it is taking this long for the paperwork. I guess the inspector takes his sweet time doing stuff around this place.......
