I know there's a lot of negative flak in the reviews. On the other hand I've had a really good experience. My PS4 pro broke on March 30th of this year with a disc stuck inside. I decided to contact customer service to get it repaired as it's still under warranty.
Sony used to be better now is like its the worse place to buy electronics.
Didn’t receive back my other repaired controller. I was shipped an empty box from this facility through Fedex and multiple contacts with Sony’s customer service and Fedex was a nightmare. It led to nowhere with me ultimately out of a Dualshock 4 controller. I’m done with buying Sony products after this experience. DO NOT send in your Sony products for service to this facility unless you want to be shipped back an empty box.
After creating a case I just had to wait. The most troubling part was wait via package service. However, I'll excuse sony on that part because that's out of there control. Shortly after my case was made they sent a box (which took a week to get here). Then I packaged it as instructed and sent it off (which took a week to get there). A day after they got it I got an email that they received and then another saying they were sending it back (which was another week).
Low tier service. you cant even contact them. sony support cant either. my DS4 has been ther for over a week (delivered UPS) and they still have it as "haven't received yet" the FT wayne indiana repair center makes these guys look like amatuers.
Did not receive controller back after repair. Fed Ex dropped off package at my door. When, I open the box, the repaired controller was not in the box. Sony repair service shipped me an empty box. They will not pay me for my lost controller. Bad business
Well I finally got the package and opened it up. First of all I was pleased to see they sent the console with the disc that was stuck inside my broke PS4. Honestly I wasn't sure if and when I was gonna get that back, so it was reassuring. Also I'm pretty sure with such a quick turn around in service they sent me a new console. Either I'm fine with it because it's working. Now I just have to reinstall everything, but over all I say Sony took care of all my needs :D
