It sucks checking in for drivers took almost three frickin hour's no-one gave any kind of direction or intructions no-one barely spoke english they spoke broken spanglish

They charge a transfer fee on loads that driver is not to pay, very rude employees and slow to get you into unload or drop off trailer.
