This morning at 11:30 am on Sunday, October 15, 2017 my mother and I walked into the Skechers store and were welcomed by a young man. My mom was in search for a pair of Skechers Shape Ups, after looking around for almost half an hour and being unsuccessful we decided to ask for assistance. The lady was kind enough to come over and listen to our question. She said that she didn’t think they had any on the shelves so she went to the back and came out with a men’s shoe size 7 1/2. My mom liked them, tried them on but they were too big for her so we asked the lady if she could go back and get a half size smaller and a size smaller so that we could make sure she got the ones that fit her best. However she said that there is no way she could do that for us because there were piles and piles of shoe boxes blocking the ones we wanted. So we ask her if the young man can do it for us and she says that would be impossible because her and the young man were the only ones working. I understand what it is to be short on staff but we came in looking for a certain type of shoe (which they obviously had in the back) and to be denied only because they can’t take the time to actually do their job is very dissapointing. To top it off there weren’t even more than 7 customers. My mom loves Skechers and needs a new pair and she is a regular customer around here but it looks like we’ll be shopping elsewhere. Where employees actually help customers get what they want. Management, please do something about your customer service.
I work at a furniture store by my self and I have even attended people 5 minutes before closing and finish attending even before the store was closed.
I believe it took me around 5 minutes to take out my baby and her "carriola" out of the car. When I was approaching the entrance I saw a man passing by the door from inside. I tried to open the door and it was closed at 5:50pm. I thought they closed at 6:00... Come on... I needed to buy some shoes to my husband for tomorrow for his job... I was not able to come earlier because my husband came out from work at 5:00pm
