I contracted Joel Ortegon to fix my leaky roof for my store in Laredo. Boy was that a mistake! I paid $3500 for lousy work. He claimed to have fixed the roof, but the next time it rained, it started to leak again. There was supposedly a 2 year warranty. IT WAS A PAIN AND A BIG HASSLE to get Joel to come out the 2nd time to fix the leak. I would need to constantly call his office only to get brushed away. My roof leaked AGAIN in a different area the next time it rained. I had to call constantly over a week before he even showed up. Right now, the issue is still yet to be resolved. I would NOT recommend Joel Ortegon Roofing. STAY AWAY! The quality of work is very poor, and you will have trouble getting him to come back. Don't say I didn't warn you!
Worst company ever, my father contracted this company two years ago for his brand new home and there is still problems in the roof. There would always be leaks on the roof each time it rain untill we got another company to fix all the roof.When we would call the office to inform them they do have such a great sectary who tries her very best to help you out but there is only so much she can do she is the sectary not a roofer. So we would call Joel Ortegon on his cell phone and he would never show up always saying lies all the time and never attending the problem, besides his employees are not professionals at the job they don't know how to do the job right but neither does the owner so what can we all expect of this company. Please pay attention to this comment, you will thank me later!
