the owner is a rip off artist she attempts to sell properties which are in poor conditions. She lied to us on several aspects of one home we look to buy. The neighboors now use her to rent their property, their tree fell into our fence and knock it down. Gold key didnt answer any of our calls and the moron running it Ms. Slowik finally answer when she though she had a buyer on the line and attempted to come out with excuses on why they couldnt do anything. She will be taken to civil court for the most part but the people who have done business with her now regret their actions for doing so. Evade at all cost.
Please take care of Vista Nueva subdivision we are paying almost 200 dlls a year just for nothing please person in charge of this subdivision come in to check our neighborhood needs and keep on track to make this subdivision good looking time to work lady!!!!
