This company personifies the reason why laredo plumbers have worse reputation around. I called their office early in the morning and got a return call several hours later, directly from the owner Ricardo, he asked me what estimate I needed so I gave him the details. He goes on by saying, well I am busy so cant be there until tomorrow. I said it was fine, he proceeded to ask me if I was going to get other estimates. I answer yes I will, I just need someone fast, price is not an issue. He went off, saying "I am tired of F***ing cheap people wanting free S**t in laredo, im not going to you if your going to be talking to people or getting prices." When I told the guy I just wanted someone to be there soon, he said for me to wait for him. I told him I didnt need his help and I'll look around. He said "You will FU***ing regret it" and he would make sure no one would help me. This idiot thinks hes on top of the world, next time I'll see if he says that to my face.
