Dr. Cantu's personnel do not draw blood for the outside lab (Quest) so an additional wait may be necessary for the phlebotomist to arrive.

Dr. Cantu's office is located in Tower B of the Laredo Medical Center. Lots of nearby parking but can be a several minute walk. Large and very elegant waiting area. Administrative staff is friendly and helpful. A 45+ minute wait seems to be common before you actually see the doctor Appointments are usually available on a shorter notice than other internists in the Laredo area..
Dr Cantu is knowledgeable and will generally spend the necessary time with you. Make sure you fully cover your symptoms or issues with him.
