Just sat down. Watching previews. Service was quick and popcorn was fresh. Seats are comfortable... almost too comfortable! Sure would hate to fall asleep! Sound quality is great and no riff raff running around. Great experience!

Great seats. You can be sitting next to people you don't know and not feel too close to the person. Overpriced, but that is to be expected with any movie theater. However, it had a great variety of snacks to choose from. Much more than the typical movie candy and popcorn. My favorite theater in town.
If you disagree, I would recommend a second chance, and see if anything is different and better! Always think positive!
The age policy/"legal guardianship" is too strict. Let's say...the employees emphasize that customers ABSOLUTELY NEED your PARENTS to watch certain movies (rated R; etc.). But the store policy says a "legal guardian", which should be anyone 21+ of age in care of younger audiences. Also, not everyone has parents, something I think that Cinemark forgets (truth). I recommend to any older siblings to not take out their younger siblings because they will not allow you, neither 21+ year old friends with younger friends because apparently you need your parents.
Love the reserve sitting! (I recommend going ahead of time for good seats), their new seats, and the surround sound!
