This location has given us the best service we have gotten in a Pizza Hut in Laredo. Excellent food, excellent waiter, I believe her name was Denise. They ran out of the beer I was drinking, but we had a good time. I would like to see the beer prices in the menu.
Can't go wrong with this Pizza hut even when it is full the wait is not very long and and staff is quick to serve you.
One of the fee remaining restaurants you can actually dine in. Pizza 100% fresh right out of the oven.
Customer Friendly - but pizza made me sick the last few times we were there, so I pass!!!
I went online to order a pizza; did not get the 4 toppings that I was charged for. I called the restaurant to make them aware that my pizza only had one topping of pepperoni. Person comes back on the phone to inform me that the person who made my pizza said that she did indeed make it correctly. I said, "I'm standing here looking at the pizza!" "It only has one topping." "I'll send you a picture if I have to." Then, after conferring with the manager some more, they decide to send out another pizza, but with the condition that I send back the other one. So, not only did they question my honesty, they sent me a replacement that was a soggy mess. This is the last time this location will get my business.
