At the city health department you will find all the help you need. The only problem is that it takes too long of a wait.
I called to get info from the lab dept - they only open from 8 - 10am. Ok, I can deal with that. I asked for a price for 2 different orders my doctor gave me. They will not give a price over the phone. Why? They told me I could fax it in or bring it in person - which just adds more cost when I am trying to save $ by calling. I have to pay cash so I wanted to be prepared. Hope I don't end up making a useless trip. Ugh.
