They gave one of my expensive linen shirts to another customer. They never recovered it back for me or offered to reimburse me for it. Shirts were not ironed correctly. Half of the shirts looked like they were ironed. If you wish to throw your money away and wear a wrinkle shirt go there.
Terrible customer service and poor quality of work. They ruined my garment and did not take responsibility for it.
Seamstress is a very kind and experienced person but the lady cashier that's upfront has no people skills, very rude, no customer service ethics at all. Wonder if her boss knows how she addresses the customers or if she's in charge then she's clearly in the wrong business.
