Horrible experience!!!! They have a monopoly on certain services in laredo and they know it. They only care about ripping you off and not about providing you with a worthy service...and when you call and complain, the receptionist has no idea what she is doing and you might as well be talking to a recording (a recording that speaks better english). Use this company if you must, but be aware of there horrible business practices.
A BAD INVESTMENT & WASTE OF TIME! I called for service one time and was left very unsatisfied. I asked for their "best poison" therefore I was asked to move out of my house for at least 2- 3days. I stayed at my moms for 3 days & 2 weeks later I could still see roaches in my house! I called them for two weeks straight, held different times, & received the same response! That I had no warranty & they didn't know why so they would call and ask the technician! I called multiple times those 2weeks & was just advised they would call me back. I never received a call back or a response! I paid 75.00 for no warranty?! Really obviously they can't guarantee their work!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!
This please is horrible DO NOT USE. They were suppose to come out 15 days after 1st treatment and NEVER called me to schedule. When I called they wanted to charge me again for first treatment and come out for second. I said NO I would find somewhere else the will want my service. Even though they said they would call me they never did and why should I be the one to call. I am so frustrated. Yes the ants were gone after first treatment but in 4 weeks they were back.
