I didn't believe the other review about showers & laundry. It was just too unbelievable to think any warehouse would offer such amenities to drivers. But to my surprise they have them & more. I had a 1500 appointment yesterday (Saturday). I arrived on time, backed in to a dock at 1700 & rolling by 1800. The guard said they'd call me. But they only text, they don't call. & You're not allowed on the dock. One of the better warehouses to go to no doubt. If something goes wrong & you have to sit there for hours on end. At least you could take a shower, do some laundry, & watch a couple big screen TVs c'mon. Shoot, almost forgot to mention the potholes on the way in there. Try to avoid them, I took pictures so you can get an idea of where your tires shouldn't be. Good luck & have a good one!

1st time here called up at night Chris answered explained the process told me to get some food 1st if I was hungry told me they have showers washers Netflix clean restrooms vending machines cheaper than a truck stop honestly I'm very impressed he held true to his words 1st shipper in 4 years I ll always come back to they believe in treating drivers right hauling their freight to and from Mexico and all across the states I'm a American driver they even offer washes and washout here these guys an A++ in my book you won't be disappointed coming here i guarantee it

It's all depends what time your Trailor cross the border sometime you will be loaded right way and sometime you have to wait all day. Nice staff. Clean restrooms and showers.
Painless loading but expect to be here 10 hours.
