Horrible experience!! I had gone in a week before Valentine's Day to get my wife a beautiful $140 floral arrangement with delivery to her job. She never received them when I specifically told the shop she get off work at 3pm. I called and they told me they have been really busy. I understand it is that time of the year when they get pretty slammed but that is why I went a week before to put in this order. It is not my fault other people wait to the last minute to get service and push me aside.

Terrible. Paid $45 for a "fancy orchid" corsage and I got something that looked like a boutiner...one tiny orchid and a blue ribbon. They cannot handle big events, 30 people were waiting to pick up their corsages on prom night well past 7pm when they said mine would be ready at 5pm. 2nd time I've used them and it's the 2nd time they didn't deliver what was ordered, so I will not be using them again!
