I would like to disagree with some of the previous comments. I had no issues with anyone there. Even when I was late on my payment, the manager was willing to work with me and very understanding of my situation. They are friendly and it is very festive and welcoming in their store. I would highly recommend going to TitleMax if you are needing any financial assistance.
I really enjoyed my visit to TitleMax, I was helped by Dora. I came in to do a new loan and she made the process simple and fast. She explained everything to where I could understand and I know that if I ever have any questions they will be able to help me. I recommend them if you ever need good customer service and a title loan.
