We are really pleased with the service given by Little Heroes Pediatric Dentistry. The staff is welcoming and consistently friendly. The doctors always explain each procedure with details and answer all our questions clearly. Our twins are not afraid of going to the dentist anymore since we parents are allowed to be close to them during exams, procedures and cleaning instead of just watching through a window like in other places. Thanks for making the dentist experience comfortable and fun for our little heroes!

Extremely helpful staff and welcoming environment for children. They go above and beyond in making going to the dentist a fun experience. Parents are encouraged to go in with the children and even have a fun room dedicated to calming the anxious children called the courage room. My six month old son received a toothbrush and tooth paste sample along with a balloon and commemorative photo of his first visit.
Highly recommend!! Great customer service in my opinion very attentive they explain every tool to my baby in a fun way so they won't be scared of it .Nobody likes going to the dentist but somehow they make it fun my baby always wants to go back!
I had a great experience with the staff. They were patient with my son as it was his first time going to the Dentist he was nervous. The staff and Dentist were extremely nice and patient.
We have been going to little heroes for over a year. Dr. Loer was very friendly and conservative. Didn’t push a ton of dental work he didn’t deem necessary and was very honest about treatment. Scheduled an appointment for some work with nitrous and one side to see how my son did since he had never had anything more than a cleaning done. Went back for our appointment and the dentist that was working took us into his office and said he wasn’t even going to attempt to try and do it with just nitrous. He wanted to IV sedate him. Also said instead of fillings he wanted to do crowns on ALL of the teeth. Told me I needed to make a new appointment with all the new treatment. I said I did not want to IV sedate I wanted to try with conscious sedation first if he refused to try nitrous. Got the treatment plan and he added on even MORE work than we talked about. When I called to speak to someone about the treatment plan the “office manager” was very very rude. I said I wasn’t comfortable with some of the treatment he added telling him I’ve seen the X-rays, and a lot of it was over treatment. He told me I need to look at the X-rays again and maybe we wouldn’t be having this idiotic conversation. It was very rude. I am extremely sad this has happened we really liked this office but I will also not let someone over treat my child. I’m talking going from simple fillings on treatment plans to extensive crowns and baby root canals. It was VERY clear it was over extensive especially when they were being questioned instead of explaining they got defensive and rude. I want to always do what is absolute best for my child. Overtreating with no reason other than “it’s What is best” and “that’s just what the dentist says” are not enough reason.
