DO NOT GO HERE. They will give you the run around to no end. I've waisted so much time with these people for them to accomplish nothing. I could have sent my PTO days with a dentist that actually wanted to work on my teeth and get my business. I decided to just leave. Then the manager wants to call me and not even apologize but to tell me what I did wrong. Never have I had service like this.
My grandson has been coming to this office since he was four years old and he loves visiting the office for his six months check ups. The staff is friendly and the doctors make my grandson feel so at ease every time we take him. The whole family loves this place.
Great doctors and friendly staff. That long post from user Tony seemed like a personal attack on a certain worker at the office to get some attention. Seems totally irrelevant and unnecessary. I would completely recommend this office as my family have had great service. Keep smiling.
Always a great experience here. I've taken my son for his routine check-ups and typical "I'm worried about this tooth" parent moments and have never had a bad experience. I myself am a patient as well. The staff and doctors have always been kind. My son likes his check-ups here. I highly recommend this office for all your dental needs.
I worked at this location for about 2 years. I really enjoyed my time there. Sergio was one of the best managers I have ever worked with. Dr. Salinas is one of my favorite dentists that I have ever worked for in my 13 years of being a dental assistant. They are very good people and I highly recommend Dr. Salinas or any of the doctors that work there for that matter. Very great dentists I really enjoyed and miss working with them. Unfortunately I have to write a bad review for this office because of the current manager Alicia. My sister took her son to that office and has been taking him because she really enjoyed how one of the assistants treated her. She asked me to call the office to see if that assistant was working that day and so I did. My call was transferred to Alicia the office manager and was very rude, spoke to me with an attitude, did not say thank you or have a good day. She told me that the assistant was busy with a specialist and just hung on me. No "Thank you for calling, No "How may I help you" nor did she introduce herself by name, I just simply recognized her voice. Sergio always treated patients with a lot of respect even on his bad days. So i told my sister to ask for that assistant at the front dest and that Alicia told her the same thing that she was busy with a specialist. My sister called me about a minute later and told me what Alicia had told her but that she could see that assistant in front of the computer. I don't appreciate being talked to like the way Alicia did over the phone or her lying to my sister. That office was not like that during the time that I worked there. I will be sending my sister to the south location where Brenda is the manager, because she is a really good manager, and would never treat people that way. I feel sorry for all of my ex-coworkers who still work at that location because of the type of atmosphere that Alicia has created for that office. Other than Alicia, Imagine Dental is a very great office with very great Dentists. Sergio and Brenda are great managers, Alicia is not.
