Lady was polite & helpful but 4 out of 5 stars because Laredo Municipal Court does not have an online payment option available, pymts have to be mailed in. Living out of state makes it difficult to go in person & mailing takes forever, disappointing considering Laredo is a big city.

Slow, petty, unprofessional. The judge was understanding at least.
