Originally from Laredo, but now live in Houston. On May 9, 2014 I was back visiting Laredo in order to celebrate my daughter's 1st Communion with our family. Well, I stopped by to get my vehicle washed. I had my Oakley sunglasses stolen out of my vehicle. Police report was made even though owner at first dismissed my complaint. Prior to the police arriving he ended offering to pay for the sunglasses even though he assured it had not been his employees. I did not take the money and made the police report. Never again will I take my vehicle to them or recommend them.
Scratch a new vehicle from dealership. A list of people are shown on facebook about the same problem. Take care of your cars.
I was initially skeptical leaving my brand new car in the care of someone other than myself. However, the staff treated my car as if it was their own. They were professional, they finished their job on time, they thanked me for my patronage; all around great job. I give them a rating just shy of perfect as there were some bug stains still left on my windshield. I expect to come back in the future since I was very impressed.
I was adviced before I went be careful because they never return your floor mats and sure enough they kept one of my floor mats. Good detail for only 20 bucks
Rude, unprofessional in every aspect. And the service is just as bad. Unfortunately Laredo has limited options where you can take your car for a decent car wash.
