UPDATE...
Parts center is usually not packed so in and out most of the time. Service center is usually busy. Do not expect to be in and out if needing service to equipment. Prices are expensive.
However, besides the initial problem (water pump that they replaced that I didn't need), my mechanic checked over all work this shop did...
The fitting on the air tank they replaced was not installed properly and was leaking.
When they replaced my suspension air bags the failed to adjust the suspension height causing driveline vibration resulting in abnormal ware of my brand new steer tires.
Everything this shop has touched has either been done wrong or was unnecessary. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere.
When they replaced my cab air bags... they failed to seal the threaded fittings so they were leaking as well.
Very bad shop. Machanics are incompetent and it is yet to be seen how new GM handles it. We'll see.

We have had to take one of our trucks back to this place for air leaks three times. The first time... They said there are not leaks. So showed the tech a spot that was leaking. He fixed that and said it was good. Took it back. Had to show him where the suspension air bags were leaking. Then a third time for the cab air bags. The first two times, the GM was good about chewing his guys out and making this happen. He got promoted to VP so he is not there anymore. When I went in the third time, the so called shop foreman saw coolant under the truck, lifted the hood and said it's your water pump. So a had them replace the water pump. Still leaks coolant intermittently and now oil aswell. Turns out... it wasn't the water pump. It is the oil cooler. So $3000:spent here and still has air leak, coolant leak and now oil leak as well.
Quick, helpful, knowledgeable and professional! I came in and there was a line but 4 people behind the counter. Each person was being handled in a professional manner and quickly but not rushed or made to be a problem. I will definitely come here again and again.
GM never did return my call. Got ahold of VP that use to be GM and he said he would make it right. He said have my mechanic call him when I get to the shop.
