Went in for a touch up to freshen up my color and put in a couple of lights around my face. Walked out with huge patches of multi colored greenish highlights from top to bottom. My cutting the tips of my hair turned into a complete hair cut. I am shocked that this happened at a Salon that had the nerve to charge me $160. I'm literally walking around with a baseball cap until I can get this mess fixed.
Horrible experience ever! Ended up with my hair being bleached all the way to my roots when I had asked for an ombré. When I went back to complain the stylist behaved very rudely and blamed me for the mess made in my hair.
