Very rude group of tellers and wait times are ridiculous, inside or in the drive-thru. Nothing but problems everytime I visit this branch. The only reason I still go is because it's close to my work. Get it together store 0074030 7.
Drive thru is horrible. Easily spend 30 min waiting every time I deposit checks. They need more tellers or need to learn how to prioritize.
They need to learn how to prioritize their customers. I was waiting in the Drive-up teller for an hour while I saw other customers come and go. To make it worse, the tellers didn't even acknowledge the fact that I was waiting patiently. Terrible service for a terrible bank.
Worst Bank ever. If you have a business avoid this place. They limit your deposits for months and the amount you can do with your phone. Then you cant deposit because they cant find DBAs associated with your account. When you have already made deposits with DBA
Customer representatives are rude there!!! I was waiting for a notary to help with out with some documents for more than an hour. Not to mention that the representative and customer were engaged in personal conversation for more than 20 min!!!! It's very upsetting when my personal and business accounts are with Wells Fargo. These representatives need to be trained on customer service asap!!!! I wish I could give 0 star
