The coffee is great, and so are the donuts. I would prefer for the place to be bigger as far as seating because they're each close to each other. If you were to have it filled, there's no privacy available compared to a coffee shop. Nonetheless, it's great when it's empty if you're dining in.
Good staff. Good variety of donuts when fresh. Come early if you want a bigger variety. Iced coffee is great.
First time ever for breakfast and it turned into a bad experience. We ordered sandwiches and they never placed our order. The manager did not even apologize once and made no effort to make things right. We got a refund and left. Very disappointing experience.
Saturday at noon. You would think this would be a peak period time for a donut shop, yet the powers at be thought it would be smart to staff 2 employees to run both the interior of the restaurant and the drive thru. While the young lady who took our order was obviously trying her best to stay afloat, she was set up for failure. I was in the lobby for 30 minutes between ordering and waiting for my order. I should of just driven the extra 5 minutes to Shipley's, and plan to next time.
