Prepaid headstone and installing yet nobody can give us an answer if my uncle's marker from the VA has been installed. His grave is right outside the office. Asked for the groundskeeper but office staff refused to give it to me. Stated I HAD to call them for information- they are not helpful. It's been a year since he passed away. With our living out of state we will never know for sure if his marker has been placed. A disgrace for a Army veteran
My complaint is the lack of information on the Calvary Catholic Cemetery unless a potential customer actually goes out to the cemetery. Calvary Catholic Cemetery is presumably in the business of selling gravesites and, I thought, providing information on their location, availability and pricing.. Providing information about pricing and services is how some institutions use the internet to serve the public. If I actually go to the cemetery, the staff can give me this information.

I have rewritten my review because I was finally able to locate my father. It took several visits and hours of looking but it took a single grounds keeper to locate my father's location.
A month ago I decided to finally visit my father's grave site. As with every search I first tried public records with no luck and then I visited the cemetery's office. Wow what a rude woman works the front desk. She is so unhappy and hates her work why they have her there is amazing. She's very hostile and combative. They keep the worst records I have ever seen and they have no plans on updating them ever. I gave her my father's name and a date of birth an approximate date of death. It was like I called her some sort of bad name. She wanted death certificate funeral home the doctor that declared my father dead and in the end told me they didn't keep records before 1975. My father was buried 1974. Well when she finally realized I wasn't going anywhere she pulled my father's records and gave me the vaguest location. The grounds keeper told me he couldn't find it I spent the rest of the afternoon looking in total disgust.
I came home and wrote the worst review I could write. This month I decided to look again. The same grounds keeper that helped me before must have kept looking. After hours of looking I saw him riding around on a tractor. He stopped and drove me back to a different location he said here is your father. I spent hours afterwards looking and I still couldn't find him. I went row by row front edge of Meadow and Saunders but I kept coming back to the same location he drove me too. So I decided to look on the other side of the road and behind a large plot was my father. Not only did the woman in the office give me the wrong location but she also the wrong side. The grounds keeper found it on his spare time because it bugged him. My original rating was a single star and based on the woman in the office it's still a single star. I looked around and this cemetery was well kept the grounds keepers are the best, both men went out of their way to help me in the 97 degree heat. They took it very personal as should the office lady. I would have easily given this cemetery 5 stars for how well they have kept up this area and for the help the grounds keepers gave me But that lady needs to be replaced or reeducated. My father served his country and community he deserves better than that. I was sad he didn't have a flag by his stone when everyone else's did that served their country next time I'll buy him one. I couldn't catch up to the people that were placing them for memorial day. I found the site just moments after they got into their vehicles and started leaving.
5 Stars for quality -2 for rudeness from the office staff leaves 3 stars overall
